Job summary

Jobtailor in Franklin Park, IL is looking for a Production Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, load and unload materials, and perform basic troubleshooting on the line.

You will conduct routine maintenance, measure ingredients, complete quality checks, record data, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following SOPs and cGMP guidelines as part of a reliable team.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
Comfortable using computers or tablets
Able to read, write, and understand English
Basic math and mechanical understanding
Strong attention to detail
Team-oriented and dependable
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Core Competencies

Demonstrates proficiency in operating and monitoring production equipment while adhering to safety rules and cGMP guidelines. Capable of performing routine maintenance, quality checks, and effectively managing inventory processes.
