Job summary

Jobtailor in Wooster, OH is seeking a hands-on machine operator to prepare equipment, set tooling and parametrization according to work orders.

You will monitor production, detect deviations, perform operations, inspect parts, and support maintenance to minimize downtime while following safety rules and using PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience of operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with power tools.
• Ability to read Blueprints.
