Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a diligent Machine Operator to set up and program medium‑complex machinery, perform first‑piece checks, and support ramp‑up with accurate records. The role emphasizes adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and precise inspection of products and components.

The successful candidate will use measuring tools, read blueprints, and communicate clearly in English, with 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred and no sponsorship required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in English.
  • Ability to operate medium-complex machinery for inspection.
  • Good visual acuity.
  • Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience working with power tools preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints preferred.
