Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform basic math, including subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
• Ability to read, write, understand, and interpret instructions
• Ability to differentiate colors
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos daily on a continuous basis, with assistance for heavier items
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must wear required personal protective equipment properly
• Must be able and willing to wear a respirator
• Must be able and willing to work overtime
• Must be able and willing to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Will work in a plant/warehouse environment with exposure to electrical shock and lead/fiberglass products
• Periodic blood tests are required to measure lead levels
