Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with relevant experience (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical, etc.) with interest in Manufacturing.
• 0-6 years’ experience based on education; manufacturing co-op experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate upstream and downstream to all levels to assure common understanding and direction.
• Review daily reports to identify safety, quality, delivery gaps and develop countermeasures.
• Utilize data analysis and PDCA to lead, support, develop and justify solutions.
• Monitor and manage equipment and processes to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Develop capability of self, colleagues, and team through training and mentoring.
• Establish priorities and make data-driven decisions to accomplish business objectives.
• Manage project implementation, schedule, budget and resources for successful completion.
• Test and implement new technologies to improve equipment and process efficiency.
• Develop and manage investment and expense budgets to hit cost targets.
