Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or related field, or 6 years relevant experience.
• 0-6 years manufacturing experience; co-op preferred.
• Proficient with industry-standard software; strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical analysis skills.
• Effective communicator, self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of managing projects and multi-tasking.
• Demonstrates leadership and decision-making abilities in a manufacturing environment.
