Job description

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician in Woodstock, GA (30188) for a hands-on opportunity to impact product launches, streamline production processes, and collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Production teams. This role is ideal for someone with a 2-year mechanical or electrical degree looking to grow in a dynamic, customer-focused manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Assignment Type: 6-month temp-to-direct
Location: Onsite in Woodstock, GA (30188)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new product launches and production kick-offs
  • Work cross-functionally to develop work instructions, verify tooling, and meet customer specs
  • Analyze production efficiency and support time studies and process improvements
  • Support fabrication, quality control, and tooling departments to meet customer requirements
  • Transfer production between facilities and ensure all internal documentation is complete
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work hands-on across multiple departments
