Join to apply for the Manufacturing Engineering Technician role at Selectek, Inc.

This is an exciting opportunity to impact all areas of production and manufacturing. The role involves creating and implementing plans for new and existing product lines, working closely with departments such as Engineering, Customer Services, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Sales, and Production.

Responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling kick-off meetings for new product implementation
  • Coordinating with production on personnel needs for new product start-ups and work cell development
  • Organizing new product launches based on customer requirements
  • Ensuring WI or DAI Instructions are complete before product release
  • Verifying tooling and assembly fixtures are completed and certified
  • Measuring and reporting production times
  • Managing new product launches and documentation
  • Evaluating existing production assemblies for efficiency improvements
  • Coordinating production transfers from US to Mexico facilities
  • Designing fixture and testing solutions
  • Reporting safety hazards and incidents
  • Implementing safety precautions in projects
Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree in engineering
