Qualifications
- ABET BS Engineering (BSME) required.
- Experience leading maintenance/installation teams in manufacturing.
- Exposure to PLC control systems, AC/DC circuits, drive systems.
- Cross-functional collaboration with salaried and hourly staff.
- Develop/maintain area Reliability programs.
Responsibilities
- Be a decision maker and problem solver for the site.
- Supervise and assist department leads daily to support maintenance and production.
- Manage 5-15 maintenance staff responsible for equipment and facility repairs.
- Write and update work instructions for consistent production.
- Improve equipment performance and TPM to meet objectives.
- Lead or assist in troubleshooting processes or equipment issues.
- Drive improvements in OEE and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Enforce safety and regulatory guidelines and company policies.
