Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a site supervisor to lead production teams, optimize efficiency, and ensure safety, quality and productivity across shifts.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisor/manager experience in manufacturing or distribution, and an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Proficiency with MS Office and SAP is expected. Salary range is USD 86,900.00 to USD 111,300.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/manager experience in manufacturing or distribution (2+ years).
• Competency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Be a decision maker and problem solver to maximize efficiency and manpower and troubleshoot issues.
• Coach and develop leads for leadership competencies.
• Supervise department leads to support production activities.
• Handle attendance, performance goals and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assess performance and implement corrective actions and development plans.
• Encourage team to suggest improvements and efficiency ideas.
• Know department operations to troubleshoot and remove roadblocks.
• Write, review and update work instructions for consistency.
• Audit team work for safety, quality and productivity; report on department goals.
• Adjust staffing, shift schedules and OT to meet production demand.
• Provide safety training and reinforce safety expectations.
