Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required with experience in materials management.
  • Experience leading a team and coordinating inbound/outbound goods.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Be a decision maker and problem solver for the site to maximize efficiency and manpower.
  • Supervise and assist department leads daily to support warehouse and production activities.
  • Manage a team of 5-15 personnel handling forklift operations and scheduling inbound/outbound trucks.
  • Monitor attendance, performance goals and resolve disputes; escalate as needed.
  • Write, review, and update work instructions; audit safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Ensure DOT and customs compliance; investigate shipping errors and prevent recurrences.
  • Build partnerships with distributors and vendors to improve loyalty and reliability.
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives across operations.
