Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor manufacturing engineers and facility technicians.
• Develop and implement efficient, safe manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and engineering teams to address challenges.
• Analyze production data and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen projects to reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate new product introductions and staff training.
• Oversee TPM programs and facilities maintenance.
