Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Solid understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads a team of engineers with direction, training, and evaluation.
• Builds and manages the Engineering budget and tracks expenditures.
• Oversees cost and manpower on projects.
• Responsible for new product launches.
• Develops and maintains process standards for manufacturing.
