Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a manufacturing facility in Anderson, South Carolina. You will oversee Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean and Six Sigma expertise, and a track record of driving operational excellence in plastics or automotive environments. This position offers a full-time, on-site opportunity with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Experience in automotive/plastics environments and in leading multiple operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other improvement initiatives.
• Lead capital projects and manage budgets and cost controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
