Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• Two years of coursework or one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability to read and write technical reports and work instructions.
• Problem-solving through logical analysis and creative thinking.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects within Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Shipping; contact suppliers and update Epicor with due dates.
• Collect data and document current production processes using process charts or value stream maps.
• Design and update workspace layouts for increased productivity.
