Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in San Antonio to lead a team of engineers focused on supporting and advancing manufacturing operations. You will oversee equipment, tooling, automation systems, and process improvements that deliver world-class products.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, new product launches, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Master's degree and 4+ years in manufacturing leadership or 8+ years overall experience acceptable alternative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers focusing on production equipment, tooling, and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Partner with AME and product teams to integrate new products, equipment, and processes into production.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and assign engineering projects to improve performance.
• Ensure equipment and tooling are reliable, efficient, and meet production demands.
• Oversee specifications, scopes of work, and installation plans for equipment and tooling.
• Support deployment and maintenance of automation technologies and advanced manufacturing solutions.
• Develop reporting and process-control systems for data-driven decisions.
• Foster accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
