Job summary

Aisin World Corp. in Cibolo, TX seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and develop the engineering team, driving safe, efficient automotive manufacturing.

You will oversee design, development, testing, and implementation of processes that boost quality, productivity, and performance. You will manage budgets, schedules, and capital investments, while guiding kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing management or leadership experience within an organization of more than 100 employees.
• Knowledge of automotive or industrial manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management systems and manufacturing engineering best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and resources.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Engineering team to support manufacturing objectives and drive functional excellence.
• Develop and maintain engineering project plans, schedules, and budget profiles to ensure milestones are achieved within cost targets and timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and justify capital equipment investments based on operational and technical needs.
• Provide technical input and engineering support for new business opportunities, product launches, and other initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of production engineering data, analysis, and records.
• Lead kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and safety.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve engineering and production concerns.
