Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Facility Engineer to support the maintenance and facilities teams at the San Antonio, TX site. The role focuses on developing training protocols, SOPs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement aligned with the International P&L approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years facilities planning/engineering experience or
Master's degree with 1+ year experience or
At least 5 years of facilities planning/engineering experience

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of a systematic review process for facilities assets and equipment to determine repair and maintenance needs.
Manage and collaborate with a cross-functional support team.
Develop and monitor KPIs for facilities/production processes and coordinate with leadership.
Create Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work Instructions with input from subject experts.
Assist in budgeting and bid specifications for equipment and projects.
Create and implement tracking metrics for projects and routine operations.
Review drawings/plans for new equipment and systems and approve where appropriate.
Manage contractors, vendors, and construction activities.
