Job summary

International Motors, LLC is hiring a Facility Engineer to support the maintenance and facilities teams at the San Antonio, TX plant. The role focuses on training protocols, SOPs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement aligned with the International P&L approach.

The position involves supporting production and site projects on a 4x10 schedule, with potential Friday/Saturday work. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and energy-saving initiatives are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher required.
• Experience in facilities planning/engineering in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, utility systems and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Support systematic review of facilities assets and equipment needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage contractors/vendors.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for facilities performance and maintenance.
• Create SOPs, work instructions, and productivity tools with SME input.
• Assist in budgeting, bid specs, and cost estimates.
