You will translate customer requirements into scalable production solutions and provide technical leadership across process development, NPI, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will mentor engineers, oversee CNC machining/assembly processes, support DFM/DFA, collaborate with sales and operations, and advance Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Manufacturing/Engineering teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication across departments and with customers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality systems, and continuous improvement.
• CAD software experience in a manufacturing environment; PDM experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Oversee process development, work instructions, tooling, and fixture design for CNC/assembly.
• Support DFM, DFA and technical problem solving with customers and internal teams.
• Develop labor and material cost estimates with sales teams for complex opportunities.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage New Product Introductions into production.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning on growth, technology, capacity, and capital investments.
