Job summary

Actalent is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to lead products from quote through process development and into full production. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales and customer teams to ensure robust, cost-effective processes in a precision machining environment.

The role involves developing lean processes, SOPs, and key process controls, owning first-run manufacturing, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an associate degree with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and process development activities from quote to production launch.
• Collaborate with customers to provide manufacturability feedback and influence design for manufacturing and assembly.
• Coordinate NPI technical activities across cross-functional teams.
