Job summary
Philips is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for the Reedsville, PA site to lead a transducer-focused operation with ~100 direct reports and a layered leadership structure. You will own end-to-end production performance and balance manual assembly with automation to optimize throughput, quality, and equipment use.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 3+ years with a Master's) in manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
- Experience leading large teams (direct and indirect) in environments combining manual assembly and automation.
- Strong operational and financial acumen with ability to forecast performance and align outcomes with business goals.
- Lean Leadership certification (or equivalent) with a track record of continuous improvement, waste reduction, and cultural transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a transducer-focused manufacturing site with ~100 direct reports and ~6 supervisors.
- Own end-to-end production performance balancing manual and automated processes to optimize throughput and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methods to reduce waste and cost of non-quality.
- Partner with senior leadership to review forecasts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop long-term strategies.
- Lead CAPEX planning and execution, supporting NPI and ensuring integration of new technologies and processes.
