Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the manufacturing engineering and maintenance teams.
• Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement using 5S, Lean, and productivity initiatives.
• Monitor production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.
• Oversee equipment upgrades, technologies, and automation projects.
• Develop and manage the manufacturing engineering budget and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source new technologies and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support to resolve complex manufacturing issues and optimize output.
• Track KPI targets, CAPEX projects, and P&L awareness.
