Job summary

Autokiniton US Holdings, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager to lead and manage engineering operations to achieve optimal safety, quality, productivity and delivery for internal and external customers.

You will supervise engineering staff, drive Lean manufacturing practices, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure budgetary and staffing targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum eight years of automotive/metals/assembly experience with two years of management experience.
• Knowledge of plant department functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to engineering operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets.
• Mentor and coach direct reports; deliver performance feedback and corrective action when needed.
• Lead all engineering activities and drive process improvements and corrective actions.
• Interface with customers and suppliers; participate in quoting and business development activities.
• Ensure safety compliance, budget adherence and appropriate staffing; maintain housekeeping and facilities.
