Autoliv Inc. in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, and ensure reliable equipment availability to support production continuity.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, monitor KPIs and costs, coordinate spare parts, support new equipment commissioning, and foster a culture of operational excellence through coaching and Lean initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in automation/electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance or industrial automation environment.
• Proven experience in industrial automation within manufacturing.
• Experience in a technical leadership or expert role is a plus.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Maintenance team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Monitor KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, availability, costs) and drive improvement.
• Plan schedules, resources, and spare parts; coordinate maintenance.
• Support production continuity through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Commission and accept new equipment and facility upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and maintenance best practices.
• Manage maintenance budgets, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive APS/Lean initiatives and promote operational excellence.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and training.
