Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a technical field.
• Extensive engineering leadership in high-volume manufacturing.
• Green Belt or higher Lean/Process Improvement certification.
• Proven track record delivering KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers and supervisors to support site operations and optimize production.
• Develop goals and KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee transfers of new products.
• Ensure Quality Management System compliance and EH&S protocols.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Development for new launches.
• Engage with associates at all levels and foster inclusive communication.
