Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced leader to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all its manufacturing facilities in the United States. The role focuses on designing and implementing sustainable systems that deliver world-class safety, quality, delivery, lead-time and cost, while deploying the Integer Production System and coaching site leaders.

You will lead strategic planning, facilitate Lean workshops, promote a lean culture, and mentor direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• 10 years industrial experience in driving continuous improvement.
• Plant Continuous Improvement Manager experience preferred.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Integer Production System and related elements.
• Lead site Plant Leadership Teams through annual planning.
• Facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops to create improvement plans.
• Coach site leaders and promote lean culture across sites.
• Develop and mentor direct reports with clear expectations.
• Promote and sustain improvements and share best practices.
