Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• At least 2 years in engineering leadership or people management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with equipment or machinery manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma exposure (certifications welcome).
• Familiar with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff.
• Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and support professional development.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedule and scope.
• Ensure activities comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulations.
• Partner with Quality and Operations to support audits and corrective actions.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure designs meet safety requirements.
