Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing, operations, and process development for high-volume finished goods.
• Lead make-versus-buy decisions and capacity expansion planning.
• Oversee contract manufacturing partners and negotiate SLAs.
• Manage internal manufacturing, scheduling, labor allocation, and shop floor execution.
• Own SAP OTC setup and material master configurations.
