Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven experience in project management and product development.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in design and development of new manufacturing processes.
• Manage all aspects of project management from conception to completion.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Apply mechanical engineering and design to improve manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement continuous process improvement strategies.
• Design and optimize systems using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with departments to align processes with objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineering staff.
