Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven experience in project management and product development.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in engineering design software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of new manufacturing processes and systems.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of project management, from conception to completion.
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Utilize your expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Design to improve the functionality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
• Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and optimize manufacturing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that manufacturing processes align with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to engineering team members.
