Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing systems and processes to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Collaborate with product development to design new products and modify existing ones.
• Create and analyze layouts of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.
• Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to design, model, and test product designs and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product and process issues.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, and R&D to implement new strategies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment.
