Job summary

You will oversee cell development, coach teams, and align with Dynacraft's strategic direction to deliver manufacturing excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership experience (5+ years).
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and production standards.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to analyze processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Data-driven decision-making and performance management.
• Strong communication and employee relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Dynacraft standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead development and optimization of production cells, layouts and standards.
• Supervise and assign work according to production schedules and customer requirements.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members with regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Support recruiting and succession planning efforts.
• Provide updates to plant leadership on performance metrics and changes.
• Promote positive employee relations and engagement within the team.
• Lead Six Sigma projects and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support quality audits.
