Keurig Dr Pepper is offering a Winter 2027 Co-op in Manufacturing Engineering in Houston, TX. This hands-on role focuses on sustainability, efficiency, and continuous improvement through data analytics, automation, and TPM initiatives.

You will work with EHS, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes using Power BI and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate student in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Lean TPM 5S is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze water consumption data and support projects reducing Water Usage Ratio (WUR) and utility costs.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows to automate reporting and tracking.
• Support TPM, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying losses and tracking opportunities.
• Manage project action items and drive implementation of improvements across the facility.
