Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Houston, TX is offering a Summer 2027 Intern – Manufacturing Engineering position. You will work with EHS, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Plant Leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive sustainability, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will analyze water usage, develop Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows to automate reporting, and participate in TPM, 5S and Kaizen events that deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program in Engineering, Supply Chain, or manufacturing-related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze water consumption data and support projects to reduce Water Usage Ratio (WUR) and utilities costs.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows for automated reporting and item tracking.
• Support TPM, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying losses and Kaizen opportunities.
