Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co‑Op in Cornelia, GA for the Spring 2027 term. This full‑time internship offers hands-on work with adhesives, resins, and extrudates in a fast-paced MedTech environment.

You will rotate through work sessions, gain practical production experience, and collaborate with engineers and mentors on continuous improvement projects while preparing end-of-semester presentations for site leadership.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year is required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in engineering or related fields.
• GPA 3.0+ reflective of coursework.

Responsibilities

• Participate in problem solving to maintain or improve site operations.
• Document test protocols, final reports, and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers on continuous improvement projects.
• Deliver end of semester presentations to site management and participate in Credo activities.
