Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled in a full-time registered and nationally accredited bachelor or graduate program.
• Willingness to work in 35+ GE Aerospace U.S. locations.
• Reliable transportation to sites due to limited public transit.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply state-of-the-art manufacturing methods.
• Support manufacturing and repair processes for engine components and assemblies.
• Apply risk assessment, root cause analysis, corrective actions and statistical controls.
• Ensure safe work conditions via EHS initiatives.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive productivity, on-time delivery and process stability.
• Support delivery efforts for sourced components with shops and suppliers; build project management and negotiation skills.
