Propulsion Technologies International, LLC (PTI) seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize repair product lines and improve continuous production efficiency. You will analyze production data, apply lean methods, and implement changes to safety, quality, and delivery targets across assigned areas.

You will collaborate with teams to standardize work, drive cost-effective process improvements, and support industrialization of new repair solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university
• High School Diploma/GED with at least 7 years of engineering experience
• 1–3 years of engineering experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Lean methods and data analysis experience

Aufgaben

• Review, Plan, Implement and Maintain Work Instructions and other Technical data
• Utilize data to define, continually improve, and drive changes compliant with the engine manual for area assigned, targeting Safety, Quality and delivery improvements
• Manage, develop, and implement technical enablers of a safe, quality and cost efficient repair process
• Drive and support EHS and Quality RCCA’s, definition and implementation of Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions
• Active participation in production meetings, lead technical issue resolution and continuous material flow
• Participate or drive New Product Industrialization or New Single Repairs introduction projects
