Job summary

PTI Engineered Plastics, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance of all production equipment, tooling, utilities, buildings, and site infrastructure.

You will oversee maintenance personnel and contractors, develop reliability programs, and partner with Production, Tooling, Quality, and Engineering to maximize equipment availability and product quality.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
3 years of maintenance supervisory experience preferred.
Injection molding, plastics or highly automated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate maintenance of machinery, tooling, utilities, buildings, and site infrastructure.
Prioritize work, assign personnel, adjust schedules, and authorize overtime within policy.
Coach and discipline maintenance staff according to PTI policy.
Approve routine parts, services, and contractor expenses; recommend capital projects.
Elevate significant risks to Plant Manager and ensure safe return to service.
