Job summary

You will lead projects, develop new technologies, mentor engineers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related technical field
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate preferred
• 7+ years of progressive engineering/technical roles
• Strong problem-solving and project-management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Adhere to QMS, safety, environmental, security, quality requirements and FDA regulations.
• Lead projects to advance Integer’s capabilities and coach junior engineers.
• Develop and review protocols, reports, specifications, and work instructions.
• Plan and manage engineering projects with potential cross-functional impact.
• Travel occasionally to support multiple sites as needed.
