Strategic Recruiting Resources seeks a Manufacturing Engineer for Advanced Manufacturing & Process Optimization. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes across multiple plants, focusing on cost, quality, and throughput.

Work with Production Supervisors, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain in a Lean, data-driven environment. You will analyze systems, lead Kaizen events, and mentor teams in structured problem solving.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on manufacturing or metals industry experience.
• Experience in industrial engineering methods, project management, and process development.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or CAD/CAM; strong GD&T knowledge.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to production teams, engineering colleagues, vendors, and customers.
• Advanced Excel skills with data interpretation and statistical analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and refine robust manufacturing methods for repeatability and scalable performance.
• Analyze workflows and equipment using time studies, method engineering, production simulations, and SPC.
• Own routings, work instructions, tooling specs, and engineering drawings for accuracy and manufacturability.
• Serve as SME on process capability and control charts to drive quality improvements.
• Lead Lean continuous improvement efforts and Kaizen events to reduce cycle time and waste.
• Evaluate proposed changes with discrete-event simulation or digital models before implementation.
• Provide cross-site engineering support across plants and multiple shifts and mentor teams.
