- Process Ownership: Lead the development, implementation, qualification, and ongoing support of assigned manufacturing processes, including equipment specifications, commissioning, process validation, and production readiness.
- Process Optimization: Analyze manufacturing performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Project Management: Manage engineering projects by coordinating schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, and cross-functional activities to support business objectives.
- Production Startup: Provide hands-on support during equipment installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up, resolving technical issues and improving process stability.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams to implement process improvements, new technologies, and manufacturing best practices.
- Safety & Quality: Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required to support equipment reviews, supplier visits, installations, or factory acceptance testing (FAT).
