Job summary

Qualifications
- BS Eng or Associate degree in Engineering required; assembly focus preferred
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with ERP data management and CI initiatives is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing engineering initiatives in a heavy assembly environment
- Analyze assembly processes and create work instructions for consistency
- Drive process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Author and maintain SOPs to ensure quality and safety
- Lead CI projects to improve operations
- Enter and manage routers in JD Edwards ERP
- Oversee Process Flow FMEAs to mitigate failure modes
- Support quoting activities for business development
- Design fixtures and plant layouts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
