Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering preferred.
• Experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role preferred.
• Proficient with CNC machine operation and setup.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques (CNC equipped).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Capable of contributing to a team and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product stability and support manufacturing by designing robust process capabilities and standards.
• Optimize & innovate manufacturing, production process, machine operations and overall performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing & other departments to troubleshoot production needs.
• Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.
• Design & develop manufacturing process, tooling/fixture, work instructions, and CNC programs.
