Responsibilities

• Work with Design and Production Engineers to improve product manufacturability and assembly.
• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods and data; provide management with reports to improve/optimize processes.
• Plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to boost efficiency.
• Analyze downtime, implement preventive maintenance and train operators.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure procedures are followed and production stays operational.
• Maintain manufacturing process documentation (SOPs) and technical reports.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean, 5S and other lean principles.
• Ensure quality is maintained and collaborate with other engineering resources.
