Job summary

Pryer Machine & Tool Company in the United States is seeking an experienced Manufacturing & Process Development engineer to analyze customer specifications, determine feasibility, cost, and production timelines, and design manufacturing processes and tooling. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and NADCAP/ISO9001 standards.
Knowledge of material selection, tooling design, and fixturing principles.
Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer specifications to determine feasibility, cost, and production timelines.
Develop manufacturing processes and methods.
Coordinate with departments to optimize production methods and tooling design.
Test manufacturing methods for reliability and task performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lifecycle management.
