CPS Technologies in Norton, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, improve and optimize production processes, tooling and instructions to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacturing.

You will lead project initiatives with process evaluation, capital equipment considerations, and continuous improvement across production, injection molding, machining and metrology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce scrap and improve yields.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or related field is required.
• U.S. citizenship required; 2–4 years of relevant experience as MFE or similar role.
• Knowledge of SPC, ISO 9001, lean tools and 6-sigma methods.
• Strong written and oral communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor production controls and follow health, safety and environmental policies.
• Lead capital equipment and continuous improvement initiatives across production.
• Characterize, stabilize, and improve CPS processes, yields, and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to reduce scrap and ensure quality and safety in processes.
