Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Bangor, ME seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead continuous improvement and optimize production processes. You will provide day-to-day engineering support to operations, troubleshooting equipment with assemblers and operators.

You will drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S projects, manage engineering changes, PFMEA and manufacturing documentation, and support new product introductions with tooling and efficient production methods. CAD, Excel and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• BSc or HNC in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in production/manufacturing engineering with continuous improvement focus.
• Proficient CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD/Draftsight) and strong Excel/ERP knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills; able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations and troubleshoot equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Manage engineering changes, PFMEA, and manufacturing documentation.
• Support new product introductions with tooling, fixtures, and methods.
