Relate Search is partnering with an organization seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes, analyze production data, and support continuous improvement initiatives in an Oklahoma City shop environment.

The role involves creating and maintaining process data in Oracle, reviewing costing and time data, and driving LEAN manufacturing, quality improvements, and standardization across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with initiative to lead projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve cost-effective manufacturing processes by time studies, costing reviews, and workflow optimization.
• Create and maintain manufacturing routers and process data in Oracle; review ECOs affecting inventory or lifecycle.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and Six Sigma tools, including standardized work, line balancing, and 5S.
• Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop KPIs and cost analyses to support continuous improvement and compliance.
