Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer for a state-of-the-art production facility in Wisconsin. You will report to the Automation Engineering Manager, solving day-to-day manufacturing problems and driving improvements on the factory floor with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance and Engineering.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, 3+ years in a custom assembly environment, and strong

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations on the floor.
• Lead process improvements to meet KPIs and sustain gains.
• Collaborate with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance and Engineering on design and validation of processes.
